The tiny house weigh is under 3.5 tones, which means that you can tow tiny house and transport it with a regular Swedish BE driver’s license.
Tiny Houses we produce are from 7.2m up to is 8.4 meters in length and has one or two floors. Total living space is up to whopping 30 square meters!

All our houses are produced in our own factory here in Sweden. We are in control of the entire production process and of course everything is made according to the laws and legislations in Sweden. All documentations are saved and given to you as a buyer when the project is done.

Since the production of our houses takes place in our factory, we have full control over all construction stages. These are of course carried out in accordance with strict Swedish industry regulations and authority requirements. All documentation is saved and always handed over to the customer in connection with the completed house project.
We will produce your house within 10-12 weeks depending on the design of the house and add-on you chose.

We offer a 10-year warranty on all our houses. Warranty on houses sold to consumers is very safe for our customers as it is designed to benefit customer. A 10-year warranty is something you as our customer is entitled to, but which may differ among other home suppliers. We offer it as standard, which is your right as a customer when buying a house from us. As a house supplier, we want to take responsibility for our product being professional, responsible and meeting all requirements.
If you have your own drawings, we can do quotation for you with all technical details and delivery time.
Tiny houses for everyone
We offer you tiny houses / mobile homes of up to 30 square meters with stylish design and great quality. Houses are to be used as a guest house, overnight accommodation or year-round accommodation.
Cinderella Comfort as an option.
Cinderella Comfort is an incinerating toilet with a closed air system that does not affect the indoor climate, i.e. Cinderella Comfort does not use any heated air from the inside for its combustion, but takes the air it needs from the outside. Cinderella Comfort has also received Best in Test in several independent tests, e.g. for this reason.
- Turnkey. When the house is delivered, everything is ready for you to move in. Everything is in its place and simply ready to enjoy it in the nature
- Unfurnished. Same as a turnkey house, but without furniture, e.g. kitchen, bathroom, mattresses, wardrobes.
- Adapt it to your needs. Existing models according to your wishes and requirements. Change, move and add-on ... Make your mobile home as you wish!
