Personal data policy & cookies

The Data Protection Regulation and our handling of personal data.
The Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), is a new EU-wide regulation that came into effect throughout the EU on May 25, 2018. The GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL) and is designed to strengthen the rights of the individual.

MTH is the personal data controller for personal data submitted before or in connection with the fulfillment of the agreed commitment.
Such personal data may be supplemented with information from external sources as well as from private and public registers. Personal data may also be transferred to MTH by hired subcontractors for the fulfillment of agreements.

The personal data may also form the basis for MTH market and customer analyses, business and method developments as well as for statistics and risk management. Personal data may also be used for marketing purposes, i.a. in social media and on websites in text as well as with images and video material.

MTH does not transfer your personal data to others for marketing purposes. MTH processes personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation, such as, for example, the data protection regulation (EU 2016/679).
Personal data is not stored longer than necessary.
